Hey there, I am Arthelia, the founder and owner of My Choices and Changes! My desire is to coach you through every season of your maternal health and wellness. As a mother who breastfed with minimum support, I believe that women should be properly educated to ensure that she has all of the facts so that she can make healthy CHOICES and CHANGES about her body and her birthing decisions.
